Your email address, the page language, the form you used, the signup date and the version of the consent text you saw. We use them only to run the early access list and send you early access news. Your email is needed to join; nothing else is asked. Two technical checks against spam run when you submit the form; their values are not stored.

Your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it.

Resend (Resend Inc., USA) stores the list and sends the emails as our processor. Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts the site.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count visits and measure page speed with aggregate, anonymous data, without cookies. No other tracking is used.

Resend and Vercel process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing agreements: Resend DPA, Vercel DPA.

We keep your address for three years from your last contact with us, then delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep it on a suppression list only, so we never email you again.

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to hovdb@hovdb.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
